We left the ranch at 5am. We arrive at Hermosillo by 9. By 11, we had a passport for Elias. That really could be considered a miracle. The only reason that they could do it in Herm. not Mexico City, is because our case says “Full Adoption” not International. Well, we are on our way to Tijuana. Thanks for checking in.
